HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE
  1. Fill out and submit this form, all required fields must be entered.
  2. Mail in your ORIGINAL Voucher and prize container to the address listed, make a copy for your records
  3. While we wait for the voucher to arrive, we ask our technicians to verify the win.
  4. Once verified and we receive the voucher we will ship out your prize via UPS GROUND, it may require adult signature.

THINGS TO KNOW:

  • This whole process can take up to 6 - 8 weeks to complete once we RECEIVE your voucher. This does not including prize shipping time.
  • You can make a copy of the voucher for your records to keep for yourself. Remember, we do need the ORIGINAL voucher sent to us.
  • It is up to you on how you want to send in the voucher as we do not refund for the shipping of items to us

  3. Mientras recibimos el vale, nuestros tecnicos verificaran que el premio fue ganado.
  4. Una vez verificado y recibido el vale, le enviaremos el premio via UPS TERRESTRE, en ocacciones la firma de un adulto sera requerida para recibir el envio.

IMPORTANTE:
